Selection Method Of Guide Oil And Grease For Lather
SELECTION METHOD OF GUIDE OIL AND GREASE FOR LATHER
Metal cutting lathers are large-scale, wide-ranging, and wide-ranging equipment. Their structural characteristics, machining accuracy, degree of automation, operating conditions, and environmental conditions are very different. They have different requirements for the lubrication system and the lubricants used.
The lather is usually installed in an indoor environment. The maximum ambient temperature in summer is 40℃ . When the temperature is below 0℃ in winter, the heating method is often used to make the ambient temperature higher than 5-10℃ .
High-precision lathers require a constant temperature and air-conditioning environment, generally around 20 ℃. However, due to the high precision and automation of many lathers, the requirements for the viscosity, oxidation resistance (lifetime) and cleanliness of lubricants are stricter.
Pay particular attention to the use of hydraulic oil in the northern areas. In winter, due to the cold weather, hydraulic oil is easy to solidify, increasing the load on the motor, and easily causing mechanical wear. In winter, a hydraulic machine with a lower concentration can be appropriately selected.
Different types of lathers with different specifications and sizes, even on the same lather, due to the different conditions of the machined parts, the working conditions are very different, and the requirements for lubrication are different. For example, the spindle bearing of a high-speed internal grinding machine is very different from the heavy-duty and heavy-duty lathers, and the low-speed spindle bearing requires a different lubrication method and lubricant. The former needs to be lubricated with an oil mist or oil / gas lubrication system, using lower viscosity lubricants, while the latter needs to be lubricated with an oil bath or pressure cycle lubrication system, using higher viscosity oils.
